在线电解(ELID)磨削试验台的设计及应用

摘    要:根据ELID磨削的特点,设计了专门用于研究ELID磨削的试验台。其电极间隙、电极面积和砂轮切向力可以根据要求进行调整,并且设计了专门的砂轮取样机构以方便对钝化膜状态的观测。结果表明该试验台上可以较好地模拟砂轮电解预修锐和ELID磨削过程。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of the ELID grinding, test bench was designed in study of ELID (electrolytic in-process dressing) grinding. The size of electrode, the electrode interval and the tangential grinding force of this bench can be adjusted as requested. A special mechanism for taking a sample from the wheel have been designed, which facilitate the observation of the passivating films. The experimental results indicate that the processes of electrolytic pre-dressing and ELID grinding can be simulated very well on the bench.
