摘    要:飞轮壳体密封焊接是飞轮装配的关键工序,针对飞轮在真空环境下长期保持低漏率的真空度稳定性、焊接温度不能超过80℃以及焊缝承压能力超过0.5MPa的高要求,通过低温钎料的选择及润湿性分析、钎焊接头剪切强度分析及飞轮钎焊工艺研究,摸索出了一种低温低漏率高可靠的飞轮钎焊工艺方法。本文以某型飞轮壳体组件焊接为例,通过高低温、振动、冲击等试验后保证飞轮真空度保持不变来验证该焊接方法可行性和可靠性。

Research on Low Temperature and Low Leakage Rate High Reliable Flywheel Brazing Technology
Abstract:Flywheel shell seal welding is the key procedure of lfywheel assembly. Aimed at the vacuum stability of the lfywheel in vacuum environment for a long time to maintain the low leakage rate,and brazing temperature not exceeding 80℃and the pressure bearing capacity of the weld is more than 0.5MPa, by selecting low temperature solder and wettability analysis, analyzed the shear strength of brazing joint and research on brazing technology of lfywheel, a low temperature and low leakage rate and high reliability of lfywheel brazing process was explored. This paper take a certain type of lfywheel brazing as an example, through High-Low temperature test, vibration test, impact test to ensure that the vacuum degree of lfywheel shell remains stable, so as to verify the feasibility and reliability of the brazing technology.
