| Abstract: | According to the three factors of a labor process,the complexity and states of a labor process are analyzed.The three principles of labor measurement,their essential characteristics and application scopes are also presented based on the three scales of labor measurement.Finally,the realizable approaches of the principles are discussed and compared in the paper. |
