| 摘 要： | 运用中部地区某市130家样本企业多年的数据,研究了国有企业改制对企业经营绩效的影响。通过纵向和横向两个方面对比分析发现,与理论上认为产权改制能够提高企业绩效的观点不同,样本地区国有企业改制虽然显著提高了企业的规模和产值,但对于企业盈利能力的提高并没有显著的影响。

| Abstract: | Based on the survey data of the 130 sample firms in competitive industries of one city of central china,this paper analyzes the impacts of gaizhi on state-owned enterprises performance.According to the longitudinal comparison and horizontal contrast,the main findings are as following.Different from the opinions theoretically which think that gaizhi of property rights can promote enterprises performance,gaizhi on state-owned enterprises in the sample area has no significant roles of promoting enterprise performance,although it promotes enterprise scale and output significantly. |
