铁路运输业与国民经济其他部门投入产出关系研究——基于2002年投入产出表资料的分析

以2002年全国投入产出表、铁道部投入产出调查资料和其他相关统计资料为基础，根据投入产出分析的原理与方法，对铁路运输业与国民经济其他部门的投入产出关系进行实证分析。分析表明，1997～2002年，铁路旅客运输业对社会生产的辐射能力有所下降，而对经济发展的制约作用有所上升；铁路货物运输业对社会生产的辐射能力有所增强，对经济发展仍存在较大的制约作用。总之，铁路运输业在国民经济中的地位和作用存在较大的发展潜力和上升空间。

Research on the Input-output Relationship Between Railway Transportation Industry and Other Industries——Based on the Analysis of Input-output Survey Data in 2002

Input-output relationship analysis of railway transportation industry is taken in this paper based on the national input-output table,railway transportation industry input-output survey results and other relevant statistics data.The analysis shows that impact capacity of railway passenger transportation industry to the social production decreased,but the restriction to economic development increased from 1997 to 2002.Impact capacity of railway cargo transportation industry to the social production increased,but the restriction to economic development is rather high from 1997 to 2002.In a word,the position and role of railway transportation industry in national econimic development should be improved.
