中部六省承接加工贸易转移问题研究

随着发达国家和我国东部沿海发达地区产业结构的调整，中部正在成为承接国际和东部沿海发达地区产业梯度转移的热土。尽管中部六省加工贸易逐年增长，但其整体规模和占贸易总额的比重，都远远低于全国的平均水平，这主要归因于中部六省运输成本、产业配套能力、物流效率、对外开放程度等因素的制约。因此，承接传统劳动密集型产业、培育新兴服务外包产业和发展地区优势特色产业是中部六省承接加工贸易梯度转移的首要选择。

Study on the Progressive Transfer of Processing Trade in Six Provinces of Middle Region

With the industry adjustment of developed countries and the coastal region in South East of China,the middle region is gradually becoming the focus of the industry transfer.Although the processing trade in six provinces of middle region has been increasing steadily,the whole scale and the percentage of trade volume are far below the average of the country,this is due to the transport cost,industry coordination ability,logistic efficiency and level of opening up of six provinces.Therefore taking over traditional labor-intensive industry,fostering service out-searching industry and developing local advantage and unique industries are the leading choice.
