| 摘 要： | 我国目前正处于重要的战略转型期,怎样既坚持科学发展、实现“五个统筹”,又保持国民经济的持续快速增长,是我们面临的一个重大课题。促进中部崛起不仅是一个区域性发展战略,而且承担着扩大国内需求、吸引国际产业转移、统筹区域发展、保持国民经济持续快速增长的历史任务,同时又是中国在发展进程中如何规避“拉美陷阱”,走出一条独具特色的现代化道路的全新探索。

| Abstract: | China is in an important stage of strategically transforming,we are facing how to pursue scientific development and maintain the "five balances",while keep rapid economic growth.The Rise of Central China is not only a regional development strategy,but also a historical mission of expanding domestic consumption,attracting international industry transfer,balancing regional development,and maintaining rapid economic growth.In addition,it is an unprecedented exploration of china's special modernization road to avoid "Latin American trap" in its development process. |
