| 摘 要： | 现代人一生的大部分时间是在职业生涯中度过的,个人职业生涯的成败对人的一生有着决定性的影响。大学生正处于职业生涯的早期阶段,角色的变化以及身份的转变都让即将迈出校园的毕业生们感到不适应。面临激烈的市场竞争和严峻的就业形势,在校大学生除了学习专业基础知识之外,了解如何进行职业选择、职业生涯规划以及职业生涯早期管理的基本技能也是非常必要的。

| Abstract: | In the modern society,Person has most parts of time in the career.The success or failure of career has crucial influence on one's life.For undergraduates are going through the early career tsage.They feel difficult and unconformable when they will be about to leave campus and enter into society.Facing drastic market competition and cruel employment situation,undergraduates should not only study professional knowledge,but also comprehend how to execute occupaiton choosing,career planning and early career management.These basic occupaitonal skills will be very helpful for them. |
