| 摘 要： | 土地制度是农业最根本的制度,土地制度的改革可以极大地解放农业生产力,促进农业生产的可持续发展.文章从我国农业生产的现状出发,系统探讨了土地承包制存在的问题和弊端,提出了深化土地制度改革的途径和方法.

| Abstract: | Land system is the most essential one in agriculture. The reform of land system will completely liberate the productive forces and considerably accelerate agricultural sustainable development. This paper, based on the current situation of agricultural production in China, systematically studies the problems and abuses of land contract system and puts forward the right way to further the reform of land system. |
