| 摘 要： | 加入ＷＴＯ，中国只能承担作为一个发展中国家所应承担的义务并享有同等的权利，保护幼稚工业不是为了保护落后，而是为了培植有潜力的产业和企业，待它们发展起来以后，再投入自由的竞争。对于一个大国，当它还不具备足够的国际竞争力的时候，国内市场提保护就成国必然的选择，作者对其原因作了经济学分析。
