| 摘 要： | 文章从知识与决策权相匹配的角度解释虚拟企业分权化的原因,并提出在分权后,应采用改变激励因素、加强信息交流、建立知识共享模式、进行组织学习、实施知识管理战略等手段对分散的知识进行有效的协调和控制.
