河南省发展虚拟物流的对策

虚拟物流是现代物流的发展趋势,具有整合社会物流资源和优化配置的能力。河南省经济的快速发展为其发展虚拟物流提供了较好的市场环境条件,完善的网络化基础设施为其发展虚拟物流提供了非常好的基础条件。河南省要想成功发展虚拟物流,必须积极整合全社会物流资源,以达到物流效率最大化。具体对策包括:(1)强化企业对虚拟物流的认识。(2)大力发展具有核心能力的第三方物流。(3)努力打造物流公共信息平台。(4)建立虚拟物流企业的契约体系,规避管理风险。(5)加大物流人才的培养和选拔力度。
