| 摘 要： | 村镇银行的成立是解决"三农"问题、顺应农村金融改革的有力举措.它是在各种需求的驱动下产生的,有着独特的市场定位.村镇银行在发展过程中面临着资金、竞争力、人员等方面的困境,政府应给其适当的政策扶持并减少不当干预.同时,村镇银行应严格市场操作,建立合理的规章制度;准确进行市场定位,开展错位竞争;完善监管,强化风险防范.只有各方努力,才能使村镇银行可持续发展.
