| 摘 要： | 无论从股权资本缺口还是从债务资金缺口看,我国中小企业的发展都面临着融资困难的问题,而金融租赁业在解决这一问题上具有优势.应从创造好的运行环境,加快租赁业对内资企业开放的步伐及促进租赁业务方式多样化方面推进金融租赁业健康快速发展,以破解中小企业融资难的问题.

| Abstract: | Small and medium-sized enterprises in China are faced with circulating funds difficulties in terms of shortage of equity capital and debt capital. In order to promote the sound and rapid growth of financial lease and to solve the financing problem for small and medium-sized enterprises,the following measures should be taken: first,operating environment of financial lease should be improved; secondly,financial lease should be open to domestic-invested enterprises quickly; finally business of financial lease should be diversified. |
