中部崛起战略研究

中部五省区以其突出的区位优势,良好的自然及人文条件在中国经济发展中占有较为重要的战略地位,尤其是在我国经济发展进入以重化工业化为主的阶段后,实施"取中战略"应成为我国区域发展的基本取向.文章分析了中部五省产业结构现状、经济发展的有利条件及面临的主要问题,提出了中部未来发展的战略思路:对中部地区进行合理定位,以全球经济结构大调整为契机,加速本地区工业化进程;参与"国内经济大循环"和西部大开发,把中部五省建设成为我国内陆地区最为重要的以主要满足内需为目的的消费品、中间产品及投资品并重的制造业中心.战略重点是农业基地建设、特色轻纺工业、具有优势的重化工工业以及适时推进城镇化等.

Proposal on Rise of the Central Region

The Five Provinces of Central China have many favorable conditions such as convenient communications,rich resource and traditional culture,which make them take a strategic role to lead the development of Chinese economy,especially when China industralization has entered a new period.The article analyses the advantages ane disadvantages of industrial structure and economy of these provinces,and make up strategic plan on rise of the Five Province of Central China:positicning middle area right,with the trend of globle economy,finishing industralization,participating "opening up west" and "economy circle",building these provinces into the most important inland menufacture center of comsumpation products and investing that mainly meet the domestic needs.
