| 摘 要： | 专业市场是在我国经济体制改革大背景下，适应商品经济发展而形成的一种制度安排。它并不是在原有制度安排基础上的转换和修正，而是一种新的流通组织形式。从制度变迁的三个经典理论模型（戴维斯—诺思模型、拉坦模型、林毅夫模型）出发，探寻专业市场的形成、发展及其前景。
