| Abstract: | Based on the company's intrinsic value, the paper deduces the three important value drivers and condition for value creation, then through the drivers analysis, sensitive analysis, feasibility analysis and SWOT analysis, decides the performance measures in four different perspectives of balance scorecard: financial, customer, internal business, and learning and growth, making the balance scorecard to be a efficient value-management tool. |
