| 摘 要： | 国有企业的管理弱化一方面表现为管理思想、管理手段和管理技术的落后，而更重要的一方面是管理的基本矛盾没有解决。仅仅从技术层面推进国有企业的改革，只能是治标不治本的权宜之计。本文从管理哲学的高度分析了导致国有企业管理弱化的矛盾，指出了国有企业进一步演化改革需要着重解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Management weakness of state-run enterprises is shown in the backwardness of management philosophy,means and techniques.What is more,the fundamental contradictions in management remain unsolved.It is only an expedient measure to reform technically.The author analyzes the contradictions which lead to management weakness and points out major problems to be solved in deepening the reform. |
