河南区域经济差异及协调发展的对策

改革开放以来，河南省的国民经济持续快速发展，与此同时，省内经济发展区域差异也在日趋扩大，如何缩小差异以促进区域经济协调发展是当前的重要任务。通过经济总量、人均水平、经济增长速度和产业结构等指标，对河南省四大经济区区域差异现状和发展趋势进行了综合分析，认为资源禀赋、区位条件、社会经济基础、区域经济发展政策是河南省区域经济差异的主要影响因素。河南省应该积极培育各区域经济增长极，加快城市化进程，尽快出台促进区域经济协调发展的相关政策，制定科学的产业规化，促进产业转移与整合，逐步缩小区域经济差异，实现区域经济协调发展。

Regional Economic Difference and the Countermeasures of Coordinated Development in Henan Province

Since reform and opening up,the national ecnomy economy of Henan province has experienced sustained and rapid development,at the same time,the province ' s regional differeces in economic development have been growing,how to narrow differences and promote the coordinated development of regional economy is the important task.Through some indicators such as the total economy,the per capitalevel,the rate of economic growth,the industry structure and so on,I make a comprensive analysis on regional differences' status quo and development trend of the four major economic zones in Henan provice,then identify the main four factors about regional differences' these are resource endowmentm,geographic conditions,socio-economic basis,regional economic development policies and so on.On the basis of above,the paper gives the corresponding policy recommendations,that is,by measures of fostering regional economic growth polint,accelerating the process of urbanization,policy support,scientific industries planning in order to reduce regional economic difference gradually and achieve coordinated development of regional economy.
