| 摘 要： | 技术股份化作为技术商品化、资本化和市场化的必然结果，是技术创新者获取创新收益的重要渠道和方法，具有独特而又重要的促进技术创新功能，也是企业产权改革中的一种重要的制度安排。与资本和产权有关的技术成果资本论、人力资本论和产权分享论等，构成了技术股份化的理论依据；而正确选择技术股份化的股权形式、科学规范技术股份的市场交易、优化配置技术股份的权利与义务、合理确定技术股利的支付方式等，则是实现技术股份化的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Technical stock is the necessary result of technical merchandise,capital and market.It is also an important channel and method that contrivers get innovative benefit.So it has unique and important function,which advances the technical innovation.The theory foundation includes the theory of technical result capital,the theory of manpower capital,and the theory of property right participation.But the realization of this function hangs upon the correct choice of technical stock right,the canonical movement of stock exchange,the excellent collocation of stock right and obligation and the logical confirmation of the technical dividend payment. |
