摘    要:随着用于武器系统的新理论、新技术和新材料的发展,火箭橇的应用越来越广泛。本文针对双轨火箭橇系统,建立了橇轨-滑车系统的动力学分析模型。建立了橇车三维实体模型的简化与优化匹配方法,推导了考虑阻尼、橇轨间隙以及不平顺度的火箭橇运动动力学方程组并进行了求解。对于橇车动态特性计算问题、橇车设计与载荷预测,具有重要的理论与应用价值。

Abstract:With the development of new theory, new technology and new material for weapon system, rocket sled is more and more widely used. In this paper, a dynamic analysis model of sled-pulley system is established for two-track rocket sled system. An optimization method is established for simplifying the three-dimensional sled model. The dynamic equations of rocket sled considering damping, rail clearance and irregularity are derived and solved. The results obtained by the proposed simulation method are basically consistent with the experimental results, which verifies the rationality of the proposed method. The proposed method is of great theoretical and practical significance for the calculation of sled dynamic characteristics, sled design and load prediction.
