翼型几何模型对边界层转捩预测精度的影响

摘    要:对飞行器表面的边界层转捩现象进行准确地预测,是设计高性能层流翼型的关键。基于边界层数值模拟和现代CFD技术的特点,选取与SSTk-ω湍流模型相耦合的γ-Reθt转捩模型,对不同类型的翼型边界层转捩进行预测。结果表明:在转捩计算过程中出现的摩阻曲线震荡,是由翼型表面计算网格不光顺所引起的;提高翼型几何模型光顺程度能够在不同程度上提高翼型气动特性的计算精度,并能得到更加准确的转捩预测结果。

Abstract:The accurate prediction of boundary layer transition of aircraft is the key of getting laminar airfoil with high performance. This paper selects the Gamma-Theta transition model coupled with the SST k-w turbulence model based on the characteristics of numerical simulation of boundary layer and CFD technology, to achieve the accurate prediction of airfoil boundary layer transition of different types. At the meantime, enhancing the grid equality can increase the computing accuracy of the aerodynamics characteristics of airfoil to some extent, and obtain more precise result of transition location.
