摘    要:转静子碰摩问题是发动机在过渡态时发生振动超标故障的主要原因之一,为了对其进行更为有效地 考核验证与分析,从碰摩实验装置、测试技术及涂层可磨耗试验验证方面阐述了国内外目前的研究现状,并分 析了主要差距。结合发动机真实工况,提出了碰摩试验的发展需求。本文研究对于发展我国军/民用航空发动 机封严涂层适航审定技术具有重要的工程指导意义。

Abstract:For one of the main causes of vibration failure during transition mode , the rotor rub-impact is a problem. In order to carry out more effective assessment verification and analysis, the current research status and analysis of the gap domestic and abroad were sorted out form the aspects of friction test device, test technology and coating wear test verification. The analysis showed that there was a certain gap between the speed, feed rate and coating heating temperature at home and abroad. And combined with the real operating conditions of the engine, the future development direction was put forward from the airworthiness verification. The development technology and test method of its test device have important engineering guidance for engine fault diagnosis analysis and military/civil aviation engine sealing coating airworthiness validation technology.
