航空发动机金属波纹封严环性能分析

摘    要:为提高航空发动机用金属波纹封严环的密封性能,通过利用有限元方法对金属波纹封严环进行有限元分析,对不同断面形状的封严环轴向刚度变化、径向尺寸变化和应力分布情况进行了对比,得到了基于波节的金属波纹封严环外形尺寸的初步优化设计方案。通过对金属波纹封严环应力的观察分析,结果表明:圆弧波节的应力分布比较均匀,合理优化圆弧波节的外形尺寸以减小径向变形和轴向刚度,可较大地提升金属波纹封严环的稳定性和使用寿命,对航空发动机金属波纹封严环的理论研究及优化设计与制造具有一定参考指导意义。

Abstract:The finite element analysis of corrugated metal sealing ring is taken to improve the sealability of corrugated metal sealing ring, which is used in aviation engine. The variations of axial stiffness and radial size and the distribution of stress are compared, and then, a preliminary optimization design of the outline dimension of corrugated metal sealing ring, which based on its wave section, has been gotten. The observation and analysis of corrugated metal sealing stress show that stress distribution of circular arc wave section is rather uniform, and optimizing outline dimension of circular arc wave section and reducing the radial deformation and axial stiffness can improve the stability and service life of corrugated metal sealing ring. It is of reference and guidance significance for theory research and optimal design of corrugated metal sealing ring in aviation engine.
