氧化锆基陶瓷热障涂层的研究进展

摘    要:氧化锆基陶瓷热障涂层是航空发动机的关键技术。根据一元氧化物、二元氧化物和多元氧化物掺杂稳定二氧化锆(ZrO_2)热障涂层的相关研究报道,系统地总结了氧化锆基陶瓷热障涂层在相稳定性、服役温度、热循环寿命、热导率、热膨胀系数等方面取得的进展;在此基础上,指出了氧化锆基陶瓷热障涂层的未来研究与发展方向。

Abstract:Zirconia-based ceramics for thermal barrier coatings is a key technology of aircraft engine. Since pure zirconia coating can not be applied directly, it is necessary to add stabilizers agent into it. According to the investigated results of stable zirconia-based ceramics for thermal barrier coatings doped with one component oxide, two component oxide and multicomponent oxide, the progress on zirconia-based ceramics for thermal barrier coatings made in phase stability, service temperature, thermal cycle life, thermal conductivity and coefficient of thermal expansion was systematically summarized in this paper. On this basis, the future research and development trend of zirconia-based ceramics for thermal barrier coatings are prospected.
