| 摘 要： | 介绍了最新引进5t保护气氛电渣炉的主要特点及GH4169合金的冶金质量.由于采用强脱S效果和对夹杂物吸附倾向大的渣系、低而稳定的熔速以及全封闭式Ar气保护,GH4169合金锭各部位合金元素均匀分布.普通GH4169合金的S,O含量分别降低至20ppm以下和6ppm左右,而精选原材料的YZGH4169合金的S,O含量分别降低至7ppm和5ppm左右.实验结果还显示了该ESR工艺的脱S去O效果远高于一般ESR和VAR工艺.

| Abstract: | The main feature of the newer input 5t electroslag furnace under proctective Ar gas and the metallurgical quality of su-peralloy GH4169 are introduced. Because the slag which has strong effect of sulphur removal and big capable of removing inclusion have been selected, and the melt rate is low and smooth, and the furnace stack is allclosed under protective Ar gas, so composition in each region of the ingot distribute homogeneous. Sulphur and oxygen of normal superalloy GH4169 are low to below 20ppm and about 6ppm respectivly, while sulphur and oxygen of superalloy YZGH4169 whose origianal material is selected with great care are low to 7ppm and 5ppm about respectivly. The test result also shows the effect of this ESR process's removing sulphur and oxygen is far better than normal ESR and VAR process does. |
