反应烧结氮化硅陶瓷模具拉深不锈钢的试验研究

摘    要:在YA-100型四柱液压拉深机上,进行了用反应烧结氮化硅材料凹模拉深不锈钢(SUS304)的试验研究。结果证明:与水基润滑剂配合,反应烧结氮化硅陶瓷材料模具拉深SUS304不锈钢时,拉深件不产生划痕、划伤等表面缺陷,拉深件废品率低于0.1%,模具表面也不产生拉深棱缺陷,是可以替代金属模具拉深不锈钢的新一代模具材料,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:The drawing tests of stainless steel (SUS304) with reaction bonded Si 3N 4 ceramics die lubricated with water base lubricant were carried out using a four columns YA 100 type drawing machine.The reaction bonded Si 3N 4 ceramics die matched with water base drawing lubricator in drawing stainless steel doesn't produce abrasive defects either on the surface of drawn parts or the die.This is a new potential material which can replace metal dies in the future.
