涡轮盘用变形高温合金在俄国的发展

摘    要:本文简要介绍了俄国涡轮盘用变形高温合金的发展概况,列出了一些合金的成分和性能,其最高工作温度可达850℃,这个合金系列均可采用传统的熔炼加变形工艺生产涡轮盘,且其质量和性能水平可与粉末涡轮盘相比美。

Abstract:This paper introduces briefly the development of turbine disk superalloys in Russia and lists the composition and properties of some of the alloys. Their highest working temperature can be as high as 850C.For this series of alloys the turbine disks can be produced by the traditional melting and deformation technologies, and the properties and quality are comparative with those of disks made by powder metallurgy with the same composition.
