航空高强度结构钢及不锈钢防护研究与发展

摘    要:介绍了航空高强度结构钢和不锈钢表面防护研究现状和发展趋势.高强度结构钢表面防护的发展趋势是绿色代镉代铬技术的研究,其中分别以电镀锌-镍合金和高速火焰喷涂技术为代表.不锈钢表面防护则以功能性涂镀层为发展趋势,并随着高强度不锈钢的出现,有与高强度结构钢采取共同防护技术的趋势.

Abstract:The current status of surface protection for aeronautical high-strength structural steel and stainless steel has been evaluated in this paper. The study for chromium and cadmium alternative environment-friendly technologies, especially technologies such as plating Zn-Ni alloy and HVOF, is the direction of surface protection for high-strength structural steel. The direction of surface protection for stainless steel is the use of functional coating . At the same time, the surface protection for high-strength structural steel will be used for stainless steel with the development of high-strength stainless steel.
