16NiCo钢应变疲劳分析

摘    要:本文详细研究了16NiCo钢的低循环应变疲劳性能,并对其循环应力一应变行为进行了讨论和分析。结果表明,该钢达到了同类钢和美国同种钢的应变疲劳强度水平,在循环过程中表现出循环软化。此外,塑性应变能的分析与计算证明,采用标准热处理规范能够实现强度与塑性的最佳匹配。

Abstract:The low cycle strain fatigue of 16NiCo steel was investigated in details,its cycle stress-strain be-haviours were discussed and analysized.The results have shown that for 16NiCo steel ,the strain fatiguestrength is comparable to the same kind of AF1410 steel produced in U.S.A,and the cycle softening wouldoccur during the cycle loading. In addition,the analysis and calculation for plastic strain energy have indi-cated that the best combination of the strength with ducility of 16NiCo steel can be achieved under stan-dard heat treatment.
