| 摘 要： | 采用用原位聚合法制备了两种不同构成的微胶囊 ,并利用固 (Si C陶瓷纤维或 Zr O2 细粉 )、液 (有机硅树脂 )混合囊芯微胶囊与溶胶 -凝胶涂液混合 ,得到含有微胶囊的溶胶 -凝胶复合膜层。由 Si C陶瓷纤维微胶囊、Zr O2 微胶囊构成的复合膜层具有比较好的耐腐蚀性、抗氧化性和热稳定性

| Abstract: | Two kinds of microcapsule preparation methods have been studied Though different methods, different component of the microcapsule could be obtained Then the best method has been selected out A kind of microcapsule, which has solid liquid composite core, it has good preferment in abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance has been attained Through a lot of experiments on solidify process and coat process, a kind of best preparation process of the microcapsule /sol gel compound coatings has been attained |
