摘    要:采用χ~2拟合优度检验方法对不同界面层厚度的3D C/SiC复合材料基体中裂纹分布进行了研究,结果表明,3D C/SiC复合材料纤维束间基体裂纹间距服从正态分布,而且这种分布是由3D复合材料的编织方式决定的。

Abstract:Cracks are inevitably brought in matrix since the CTE mismatch between carbon fiber and SiC matrix during the manufacture of C/SiC composites. In this paper, the distribution of matrix cracks in 3D C/SiC composites with different thickness interphase is studied by x2 goodness of fittest, and it is showed that the matrix crack spacing between tows in 3D C/SiC composites obey normal distribution which is determined by the basketry of 3D composites.
