摘    要:在振动环境下,螺纹、花键等联接形式易产生微动磨损。本文对某型直升机科研试飞过程中出现的动力轴花键微动磨损现象进行了机理分析并给出了处理措施。

Abstract:In the circumstance of vibration,fretting wear of tight links often occurs such as screw and spline links.The fretting wear of a helicopter engine shaft during flight tests is presented in this paper,the mechanism of the fretting is analyzed,and the technical measures is provided as well.
