摘 要: | 直升机尾段是整个机体最薄弱的环节,开展直升机尾段疲劳试验,可为直升机全机寿命评估提供试验依据,具有非常重要的意义。本文以某型号直升机尾段结构疲劳试验为例,介绍了多点协调加载系统ZPXJ-16在该试验中的应用,阐述了其加载方法、系统工作原理及系统标定方法等。

Abstract: | The tail structural of helicopter is the most fragile part in whole helicopter, so it is important to take a fatigue test on the tail structural of helicopter, on the basis of it, the lifespan of whole helicopter can be estimated. Taking a fatigue test on the tail stru-cural of x-helicopter for example, this paper presents the application of multi-channel coordinating control system-ZPXJ - 16 in the test, and states the loading method, the operating principle and the calibration means of this system etc. |
