摘    要:介绍了直升机旋翼防除冰用集流环的结构和工作原理,从电刷和导电环的选择、电刷压力的计算和弹簧的设计三个方面对集流环的设计方法进行了详细说明,并通过试验验证其合理性。所论述的集流环设计方法为直升机旋翼防除冰用集流环设计提供参考。

Design of Helicopter Ice Protection System Slip Ring

Abstract:This article introduced the structure and principle of helicopter ice protection system slip ring. Made a detail explanation for the design of slip ring about the selection of electric brush and electric loop, electric brush pressure calculation and spring design, and its reasonability have been verified by the test. The design methods of the slip ring discussed in this article also provided a good reference for design of the helicopter ice protection system slip ring.
