摘    要:本文以某型机为例,对旋翼/尾桨/动力传动系统扭振特性进行了综合建模分析与试验,试验表明整个传动链的扭振固有频率和振型计算结果正确,为消除动力传动链扭振与发动机燃油调节系统耦合动不稳定性提供了可靠的设计依据,提出的传动链扭振与发动机燃调系统耦合稳定性检查试验方法,首次在该型机的研制中取得成功。

ANALYSIS AND TEST OF TORSIONAL VIBRATION FOR HELICOPTER ROTOR/POWER TRAIN

Abstract:The synthesis modeling and test of torsional vibration characteristics of rotor/power transmission system has been performed in this paper by taking a helicopter as an example.The test validated the calculated results torsion frequencies and modes of whole power train. It provided reliable design evidence to eliminate the coupling instability between torsional vibration of power train and engine fuel control system.The test method of checking the coupling stability was used successfully in the helicopter development.
