直8型机主尾桨毂滑油渗漏问题分析与处理

自直8型直升机开始交付用户,在使用中经常发生主、尾桨毂滑油渗漏故障。为此设计和制造部门通过对故障现象、密封材料、密封件结构等进行分析和充分的试验,采取了相应的措施。这些措施经装机试飞验证取得了很好的实施效果。本文对该故障的分析和处理进行了介绍,供以后类似问题的处理参考。

The Lubrication Leakage Problem Analysis and Solution of Z8 Helicopter Rotor and Tail Totor Hub

Since Z8 helicopter delivered to user,the failure of lubrication leakage often occurs in rotor hub and tail rotor hub.Therefore,some measures have been adopted by design and manufacture department based on analyses of failure mode,seal material selection and seal configuration.and a series of experiments.These measures have been proved very effective by flight-test.The process of failure analyzing and technical measures are presented in this paper,it will be a reference in treating similar problem.
