航空机载谐振膜式密度传感器的研究

摘    要:针对飞机飞行中燃油量的在线实时测量需求.设计了基于谐振原理的新型谐振膜式液体密度传感器.对谐振膜片进行了数学模型分析,并设计了基于数字闭环方法的谐振膜式密度传感器整体结构.试验结果表明,该传感器测量精度较高,稳定性较好,结构简单,便于加工,能满足航空煤油在线实时测量的需求.

Abstract:A new resonant diaphragm liquid density sensor based on resonance principle is designed due to the need of the real-time online measurement for fuel quantity during aircraft flight.On basis of analyzing the mathematical models of resonant diaphragm,a integral structure of resonant diaphragm density sensor is designed based on the method of digital closed-loop.Experiment results show that the sensor has high precision,good stability,simple structure,easy processing and can meet the demand of real-time online...
