摘    要:航空上的不锈钢蒙皮零组件具有尺寸大、外形结构复杂、装配协调关系复杂等特点。由于不锈钢蒙皮焊接时零件变形大,很容易引起后续的装配制造困难,因此应对其加强工艺过程控制,主要从蒙皮零件成形、焊接工艺成形、焊后缺陷检测等诸多方面进行控制,保证焊后的蒙皮组件满足符合性要求。

Weld Deform Control and Default Inspection of Aviation Stainless Steel Skin Part
Abstract:Aviation stainless steel skin parts and sub-assemblies have the properties of large size, complex outside configuration, complex assembly correspond connection, etc. Because when the stainless steel skin is welding parts, deform is very large, so it is very easy to bring to follow-up assembly difficulty,therfore welding process should be controlled. These items for example skin forming, welding forming, default inspection,etc should be considered. The consistency of skin sub-assemblies is assured throught these process after welded.
