摘    要:飞机结构是飞机平台的基础,是确保飞机安全、长寿命使用的最重要的承力架构。随着航空技术的不断发展,飞机设计思想不断演变发展,对飞机机体结构性能也不断提出更高的要求。严酷的使用环境和严格的功能/性能综合要求,使得结构完整性面临重大挑战。飞机结构健康监测与管理技术具有实时性、在线性等优势,是保证结构安全性、降低维护费用的重要技术途径之一。从飞机结构完整性大纲出发,阐释飞机结构健康监测与管理技术的基本内涵、任务和实施方法,综述本领域国内外最新的技术进展,结合我国在飞机结构健康监测与管理技术领域的发展现状,展望了结构健康监测与管理技术发展趋势。

Abstract:Aircraft structure is the foundation of aircraft platform and the most important bearing structure to ensure the safe and long-life use of aircraft.With the continuous development of aviation technology,aircraft design ideas continue to evolve and develop,and higher requirements are constantly put forward for the structural performance of aircraft body.The severe service environment and strict comprehensive functional/performance requirements make the structural integrity face major challenges.Aircraft structural health monitoring and management technology has the advantages of real-time and linearity.It is one of the important technical ways to ensure structural safety and reduce maintenance costs.Starting from the outline of aircraft structural integrity,this paper explains the basic connotation,tasks and implementation methods of aircraft structural health monitoring and management technology,summarizes the latest technical progress in this field at home and abroad,and looks forward to the development trend of structural health monitoring and management technology in combination with the development status of aircraft structural health monitoring and management technology in China.
