| 摘 要： | 根据我国飞机制造企业的实际需求,从分析MBOM的形成入手,同时指出EBOM是MBOM的源头,AO、FO是MBOM的基本特征;然后以此为出发点.提出基于工艺核心制造流程构建MBOM技术及其相关管理技术;最后实现面向集成、以MBOM为核心的CAPP与ERP的无缝链接.

| Abstract: | According to the actual requirements of chinese aircraft manufacturing enterprises, the formation of MBOM is analyzed.It is pointed out that MBOM stems from EBOM, and AO and FO are basic characteristic of MBOM.Based on this point, the concept that MBOM and its related management technology are built based on manufacture process is defined.And the seamless chain of the integration-oriented system between CAPP and ERP can be realized based on MBOM. |
