摘    要:采用热力耦合技术,建立了线性摩擦焊过程的有限元模型,计算了焊接温度、应力和变形场,并对温度场进行了试验验证.观测了接头不同缺陷的微观形态,并对其形成机理进行了分析.最后,提出了控制焊接缺陷的措施.

Abstract:With the thermal-mechanical coupling technique,a finite element model(FEM) of linear friction welding process is constructed.The temperature, stress and deformation fields of welding are computed.The temperature field results are measured for validating the simulation data.Microstructures of the joint defects are observed,and the formation mechanisms of different kinds of defects are analyzed.Finally, the controlling methods for preventing these defects are presented.
