| 摘 要： | 讨论了系统工程与项目管理的区别和联系,指出系统工程与项目管理融合是复杂产品研发项目的要求.提出一种与这种要求相适应的WBS(工作结构分解)模型--PDA-WBS模型,讨论了该模型的特点,并提出了适应系统工程特点的:DWBS模板;最后介绍PDA-WBS模型的软件实现.

| Abstract: | The difference and relationship of systems engineering and project management were discussed. It is concluded that the complex product development requirs the combination of systems engineering and project management. Therefore, a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) model, PDA-WBS, is proposed to satisfy this requirement.
