| Abstract: | The present states of launch vehicles at home and abroad are summarized. The technical disparities in the launch vehicle at home and abroad and the necessity and basic thinking for researching new generation launch vehicle are pointed out. An overall technical plan for the new generation launch vehicle is put forward. Some main problems in the plan demonstration and engineering practice are discussed. |
