| 摘 要： | 设计并实现了一种力矩电机用换向器的成形工艺,在大量工艺试验的基础上,对成形方案各关键技术,包括材料热处理参数、工艺尺寸计算、零件成形、组件粘接等给出了解决措施,并对各措施中使用的检测设备及成形模具进行了介绍。

Research and Implement of Forming Method Used on Commutator of DC Torque Motor |

| Abstract: | Basing on a serials of process tests, a forming method of the commutator of the DC torque motor is designed and implemented. All the critical technical problems of this method are solved which include the heat treatment parameters, process dimension conversion, forming process, bonding and so on. The relative inspection instruments and forming fixtures are also introduced. |
