摘    要:通过对外径与切深均为10mm的工具基体进行端部绝缘设计,研究工具端部绝缘层对电解铣磨加工性能的影响。结果表明,工具端部绝缘层能够有效减小沟槽底面的过切,并显著提高沟槽底面的平整程度及表面质量。在30V电压、10mm切深、2.7mm/min进给速度等参数下,相比于未绝缘工具,采用绝缘工具后,沟槽的平均槽深从10.61mm降低至10.32mm,底面轮廓坐标最大差值由783.9μm下降至352.5μm,表面粗糙度Ra从1.705μm减小至0.811μm。

Abstract:The effect of the tool-bottom insulation layer on machining performance in electrochemical mill-grinding is investigated by performing the bottom insulation design for a tool substrate with both the outer diameter and the cutting depth of 10mm.The results show that it can significantly improve the overcut,flatness and surface quality of the slot bottom by using the abrasive tool with bottom insulation.Under an applied voltage of 30V,a cutting depth of 10mm and a feed rate of 2.7mm/min,etc,the average slot depth,the maximum difference in bottom profile coordinates and the surface roughness obtained with the uninsulated tool are 10.61mm,783.9μm and 1.705μm,but they are only 10.32mm,352.5μm and 0.811μm with the insulated tool,respectively.
