Leakage Testing Technology by Means of Helium Mass Spectrum for Integral Oil Tank of Aircraft Wing

The basic principle of the leakage testing technology by means of helium mass spectrum is introduced. The leakage testing scheme for the integral oil tank of wing is proposed based on helium mass spectrum leakage technology. The scheme consists of two parts, one is gross leakage testing method, and the other is fine leakage testing method. Then, the leakage relationship between helium and aero kerosene is compared. The preliminary standard which can be used in production is established.
