| 摘 要： | 对PCBN刀具车削淬硬钢、冷硬铸铁和复合材料等的磨损性能进行了试验研究,结果表明PCBN刀具的切削性能优于硬质合金与陶瓷刀具.近年来,PCBN刀具材料的制造工艺和综合力学性能有了很大的发展,它能有效地对黑色金属进行粗加工.

| Abstract: | Wearing performance by the turning machining of hardened steel,cold-hardened cast iron and composite materials are studied.It illustrated that PCBN cutting tool is superior in cutting performance compared to cemented carbide and ceramics cutting tools.In recent years,with great improvement in production process and overall mechanical properties,PCBN cutting tool material can make rough machining of ferrous metal effectively. |
