| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内外飞机导管制造技术的现状。参考国外飞机导管数字化生产的先进经验,结合国内实际情况,提出了实现导管数字化生产线总体设想方案。在导管CATIA数据转换、智能工艺性审查、三维弯曲仿真、数控弯管、组合夹具设计与制造、导管数控测量、系统集成等方面提出了切实可行的实施途径。

| Abstract: | The present situation of the aircraft tube manufacturing technology at home and abroad is introduced. According to the advanced experiences of the digital produ ction for aircraft tubes at abroad and combining with the actual domestic situat i on, the overall scheme of the digital production line for the tubes is presented . The feasible channel for the tube CATIA data conversion, intelligent manufactu rability review, 3D bending simulation, NC tube bending, designing and manufactu ring of combination fixture, NC tube measurement and system integration are pro vided in the paper. |
