飞机结构件数控工艺业务管理平台技术研究

为了提高飞机结构件数控工艺业务过程管理水平,保障数控加工过程中数据的完整性、一致性,并实现工艺数据的有效组织和重用,通过分析飞机结构件的特点及生产车间工艺管理现状,提出了新的工艺业务管理模式,建立了数控工艺业务管理平台。该平台研究了项目管理、任务管理、工艺业务过程管理和工艺数据管理及它们之间的关系,实现了工艺业务过程的高效控制和有序管理。

Study on NC Process Business Management Platform Technology of Aircraft Structure Part

In order to improve the NC process business management level of aircraft structure parts, and ensure the data integrity and consistency of the whole NC machining process, as well as the realization of the process data for effective organization and reuse, a novel process business management model is presented by analyzing the features of aircraft structure parts and the current situation of manufacturing shop process management. The NC process business management platform is established which focuses on project management, task management, process business management and process data management as well as the relationship among them. A highly efficient control and orderly management is implemented in process business.
